UX/UI Designer
The Role:
We have a new opportunity with one of our growing clients, who own three leading e-commerce brands.
Over the past year, the business has been investing heavily in its digital experience, refreshing all three brands, overhauling their visual identity and undertaking a major replatforming programme. The Design team, based in London, has grown significantly and the business is now entering its next phase of growth.
They are looking for a mid-level UX/UI Designer to join the team and work closely alongside senior designers within product squads. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills within a supportive environment while contributing to meaningful digital products used by millions of customers.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers and wider stakeholders to improve customer journeys, optimise experiences and help shape the future of the platform.
You’ll bring:
- Experience across both UX and UI design.
- Strong user journey, wireframing and prototyping skills.
- Figma expertise.
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum environments.
- A collaborative approach and confidence working within cross-functional teams.
- Curiosity around AI tools and emerging technologies.
Hybrid working – 3 days in the London office.
The team does not operate with a strict separation between UX and UI, so designers work across the entire design process, from discovery through to delivery.
The Head of Design is someone I’ve worked with for many years and has built a genuinely supportive and collaborative team culture. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career within an ambitious and evolving business.
