A mighty effort for a mighty cause! 👣 Team Neon People took on the Jurassic Coast Mighty Hike - 26 miles in support of Macmillan Cancer Support. Cancer affects so many of us, whether personally or through the people we love, so this challenge meant a huge amount to us. We set out to raise £1,500 and, thanks to everyone’s generosity, the total is already at £2,855 and counting. A huge thank you to everyone who has donated, supported, shared and cheered us on.

Hey creative technical people 👋 Contract role starting Jan 2026! Neon People are on the lookout for a talented Creative Technical Operator to join this Global Media Companies’ London based Creative team; the engine room behind all promotional content across their global portfolio of channels. In this hands-on role, you’ll manage the day-to-day technical side of creative production: from media management and master file delivery, to troubleshooting edit suites and ensuring everything meets broadcast standards. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and Designers to keep campaigns running smoothly and on schedule, from key art uploads to final TX delivery. We’re after someone with solid experience in a broadcast or post-production environment, confident with Avid, Adobe, Content Agent, and QC tools like Vidchecker. You’ll have a sharp eye for detail, love file formats and workflows, and keep calm under pressure.
