Middleweight Designer

The Role:

We are looking for an agile and proactive Midweight Integrated Designer with a positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit who can help nurture this company culture.

Working as part of our Studio team, the Midweight Designer will utilise their motion design expertise to design effective direct marketing materials, collaborating on multi-channel promotional campaigns, creating dynamic social media content and providing crucial motion design support to the wider team.

What we need from this person:

• Someone with previous experience as a Graphic/ Digital Designer within a brand or agency environment
• A confident creative thinker, excited to take on a challenge and produce new ideas for a creative luxury brand
• Someone who can produce innovative ideas for cutting edge digital design, including motion.
• Proven experience solely managing design projects, from ideation and research through to presenting mock-ups and producing final assets.
• An exceptional portfolio of varied design work.
• An expert in the working Adobe Creative Suite, with a keen interest in developing new skills for both online and offline design.
• Proven experience in crafting creative content for digital and mobile-first marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, digital advertising, and on-site materials.
• A talent for grasping brand strategy and translating it into compelling digital communication
• Strong typographic, layout, and motion design skills
• A team player, with a positive and enthusiastic working ethic
