Freelance Service Designer

The Role:

We’re looking for a Freelance Service Designer to join a Management Consultancy on an exciting project with a global data and analytics business specialising in customer loyalty.

This company has grown rapidly, with multiple departments, products, and processes, and the consultancy is now leading a programme of UX research, service design, and product design to bring greater cohesion and impact.

They’re seeking a Service Designer who can step in and support across all areas of the project — from mapping complex systems and journeys to shaping services that are both customer-focused and commercially effective.
