Head of Creative (Performance / Paid)
The Role:
Remote | DTC / Performance Creative | £110k–£190k + Equity
This is a seriously exciting one for performance-focused creatives.
We’re working with one of the fastest-growing consumer health businesses in the world, looking for a brilliant Head of Performance Creative to take ownership of the creative engine behind its next stage of growth.
The business has grown from $10m to $400m ARR in just 12 months, is already profitable and serves 200,000+ patients every month through its main UK brand.
With $3m+ monthly Meta spend, Google scaling rapidly and significant European expansion ahead, they now want to make creative their biggest competitive advantage.
The role
You’ll own performance creative end-to-end, setting the strategy, raising the creative bar and building the ideation, testing and production engine behind a huge volume of paid-social creative.
This isn’t a role for someone who simply manages creatives. You need to be a creative yourself.
You’ll lead an existing in-house team of five, working closely with Performance and CRO to:
- Set creative strategy across $3m+ monthly Meta spend
- Develop high-performing concepts, hooks, formats and messaging
- Build a high-velocity testing and iteration engine
- Connect creative directly to CAC, ROAS, CTR, hook rate and conversion
- Build an AI-native creative production system
- Scale winning concepts quickly before fatigue hits
- Develop localisation across Germany, the Netherlands and wider Europe
- Expand performance creative into CTV, TV and additional channels
The ambition is big: ultimately building towards 300+ genuinely distinct creative concepts per sprint.
Who we’re looking for
Ideally, you’ll have 5+ years in performance creative with experience working on high-scale DTC brands and significant paid-social budgets.
You’ll be:
- Creative first: Art Director, Copywriter, Designer, Editor, Producer or similar. You have genuine craft behind you.
- Performance obsessed: you understand testing, iteration and creative fatigue, and can connect creative decisions directly to commercial results.
- Still hands-on: senior enough to lead a team, but you still love making, challenging and improving the work.
- AI native: already using AI meaningfully within creative production to improve speed, scale and output.
- A builder: you’ve created teams, systems, processes or creative disciplines and thrive in fast-moving environments.
Experience across European markets, health/wellness, regulated categories or TV/CTV would be a major bonus.
