Senior Product Designer | Multi-Brand Design Systems Specialist
The Role:
We’re incredibly excited to be partnering with a fast-growing digital healthcare group that’s transforming how people access healthcare, medication and wellbeing services.
We’re searching for a brilliant Senior Product Designer with serious design systems expertise to join their team and help evolve a sophisticated, multi-brand digital ecosystem.
And when we say design systems, we mean the real deal!
We’re looking for someone who understands what sits underneath a beautifully organised Figma library. Someone who knows how to architect, scale and maintain a shared design system across multiple brands, products and digital experiences.
The opportunity:
You’ll be joining an established product and design team, taking ownership of an existing multi-brand design system and helping extend it across the group’s wider portfolio of brands.
The foundations are already in place, so this isn’t simply about building something new. It’s about understanding the architecture, making intelligent decisions and evolving a system that works beautifully across different brands and products.
Crucially, this is not a purely design systems role. You’ll also be hands-on with UX and product design, creating intuitive customer journeys and improving digital experiences across websites, apps and internal platforms.
What we’re looking for:
Multi-brand design systems experience is essential. You’ve worked with shared systems supporting multiple brands, not just different products within one brand.
- Deep Figma expertise, including variables, design tokens, component properties, modes, libraries and scalable architecture.
- Experience inheriting, maintaining and extending existing design systems, with a clear understanding of governance and documentation.
- Strong UX and product design skills, from research and user journeys through to interaction design, prototyping and delivery.
- Confidence collaborating closely with engineers, ensuring design systems translate effectively into production code.
- A solid understanding of accessibility and WCAG standards.
- An interest in AI, automation and emerging design technologies, and how they can improve design workflows.
- We’re looking for someone who’s equally comfortable getting into the technical detail of a design system and stepping back to solve a complex customer experience problem.
- Someone thoughtful, collaborative, commercially aware and confident explaining why a system works, not just showing us how good it looks.
You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on an established design system, influence how multiple brands work together and help shape the future of digital healthcare experiences.
It’s a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves the intersection of product design, systems thinking and technology, with the potential to grow into a leadership role as the team evolves.
